Hello! I’m Tanli, a Cotswold family photographer based in the gorgeous Roman town of Cirencester, Gloucestershire. I offer a contemporary fresh approach to family photography producing naturally beautiful and emotionally rich photographs. My outdoor shoots are ‘play based‘, easy and very relaxed, so relaxed in fact, that my wonderful clients have said that a shoot with me is literally like a ‘walk in the park’.
I use a creative and fun method to evoke natural expressions and spontaneous moments in my shoots, and adults and children alike find my shoots easy and enjoyable. There is never ever a moment where you need to feel awkward in front of the camera as I have an incredibly easy shooting style.

PLAY BASED SHOOTS
My outdoor family shoots are ‘play based’ for children, meaning that I get your kids to engage in activities that distract them from the camera, and allow me to get natural shots with genuine smiles and interactions. No pressure PLUS happy kids!
NO AWKWARD POSING
Saying ‘cheeeseee’ is a No No! Peaking out behind trees is not required. And I will never ask you all to wear white shirts and jeans and lie on top of each other! Authenticity is key in my outdoor family shoots.
NATURAL & AUTHENTIC STYLE
No stiff, staged and stuffy family portrait photos here! My approach is fresh and modern, and my editing style reflects this too. I’m going to capture authentic moments and edit them naturally, whilst giving them a little ‘pop’ and ‘life’ in the process.
