Gloucestershire outdoor family photographer …

This absolutely fabulous family do not live in the UK. They live abroad but Mum and Dad were visiting their daughter who is currently studying in the UK and they were bringing her  beautiful little sister with too.  This family wanted an outdoor family photographer to capture their time together whilst visiting their daughter . To say I’m thrilled with the outcome of this shoot would be an understatement. This family. Their connection. The outfits they wore. The stunning Winter light. It all came together on this shoot and I’m just in love with the result.

Winter family photo shoot

This outdoor family photo shoot was done just before Christmas and luckily, the weather was truly beautiful on the day as we had gorgeous winter sunshine. We still had a bit of mud to trek through, but the family were really good sports about it all .  I’m just happy we had some sunshine as I was able to get some really beautiful photos with stunning backlighting. I just love shooting into the light, and in Winter, when the sun is very low it creates a lovely atmosphere and gorgeous glow. A perk of being an outdoor family photographer:)
